1. Choose your desired tour, preferred date, and the number of participants. Send a request to our manager. They will check availability, arrange hotel booking, and provide you with an invoice for payment.
2. Once you receive the invoice, complete the payment within 3 banking days using the payment details specified in the invoice. After making the payment, please send a confirmation document to the manager.
Before the start of the tour, a $450 refundable deposit is required. This deposit serves as a security measure in case of any equipment damage caused by the participant. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the tour, provided no damage has occurred.
Refund requests are accepted no later than 30 days before the tour start date. Please note that cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
